This high capacity machine is ideal for removing both pin bones and neck bones in salmon and trout.
Basically this is the same machine as the Exos-220E, but without the cleaning system.
Because the Exos-200E has our new developed twin head design, the time for deboning a filet is decreased significantly.
Although the Exos-200E is fast, the processed fillet showed no gaping or other damages. This machine is built for professional use, which means it is lightweight and easy to handle and maintain. After a days work all vital parts can be removed by hand without any tools, for effective cleaning.
